Coho and Pink Salmon About To Run In Manistee Michigan

It is almost time to start thinking about those great Coho Salmon and Pink Salmon that are starting to run in Michigan!

These great Salmon Fish are arriving quickly.

Those Fly Fishing Fans better get those feathers before they all end up in your Tweens and Teens hair. Yes, feathers in the girls hair is the new fad now. Not all the Fly Fishermen are pleased. This new fad is driving up the cost of the special Rooster feathers, the price is now sky rocketing through the roof!

Indian Springs Cabins located directly on the Little Manistee River in Michigan which also minutes away from the Big Manistee River and Lake Michigan are now available for rent for Fishing, Deer Hunting, Family Vacations, even Honeymoons!

The latest Michigan Fishing Report for Manistee:

Salmon fishing was slow but some nice Chinook were caught 40 to 80 feet down in 80 to 160 feet of water. Try running blue spoons or glow spoons in low light conditions. Pier fishing is slow.
